nicolas learns to use a fork
okay, so it's not a typical fork - but look! he's feeding himself, sort of:
after the bath
one of nicolas' favorite times of the day (besides breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacktime) is right after his bath. he seems to have really bonded with his ducky towel. post-bath video coming soon, but for now here's a few pics:

springtime at last
I think we have a few cool days left on the calendar, but for the most part it feels like Spring is here. We took advantage of the beautiful weather last weekend and headed down to Sevier Park - we had lots of fun watching all the people and kids and dogs playing.

it's getting warmer - spring is struggling to push its way through these early days of March up here - and we're missing the warmth of New Orleans a lot these days. and friends especially. for now though, we're taking breaks with Nicolas during our work schedule to get out and enjoy the fresh air, even if there's still a little chill left in it.
